Called last night, problem was fixed this morning. Every step of the process, from my initial phone call to the completion of the drain clearing was positive and professional.

The company was so quickly responding to my emergency call. Within 40 minutes there was a technician at my door. He was thoroughly professional and very helpful. I will call again.

Most companies give lip service to taking care of customers. Drain Masters actually does put customer satisfaction first, no matter how long it takes. Glad I found them

Massive sewer back up today....yuck! Called Drain Masters and they were at our house within an hour. Sebastian, the technician, cleaned and camera inspected the sewer line and had everything working again quickly. He also repaired a broken flapper on one toilet at no extra charge and then cleaned the whole shower and tub where the back up occurred. We could not be happier! Thanks Sebastian. Hello & Good day, on Wednesday morning Gavin. came to my Apt. and he was able to un-clog the the toilet and bath tub drains, the building is 53 years old and I had Gavin do the camera so that we can see where the intrusion is and so that it can be documented for the board in the building for when they can start assessing the damage which in turns means a replacement of the cracked & corroded sewer lines needs to be addressed ASAP. Gavin was here about 4 hours and he did an awesome job He did everything that needed to be done and he cleaned my bathroom efficiently. Gavin is a great worker and very knowledgeable in his trade. I also met with Chris his field supervisor because he is the person with the cameras to make note of the recording for future reference of the issue at hand. Both tech's Gavin & Chris were great and with wonderful Customer Service skills with awesome feedback. I would recommend Gavin to all your Customers and also Chris. They both did a stupendous job of clearing those sewer lines and clean up and putting all the equipment back to its original bases with love and carefulness. Gavin and Chris went above and beyond within their duties. So they get 5 stars plus another 20 stars for a total of 25 stars for wonderful service. Please keep these two Tech's in your company for as long as you can. It's hard to find great and dedicated plumbing tech's who give you 100 % satisfaction and with awesome Customer Service demeanor. Called for a hot water heater that was malfunctioning at 8:30 AM. They were here by 11, tested the unit, found a defective heating element and recommended merely doing a tuneup by replacing the two elements and the thermostats at less than half the price of a new unit. No pressure to buy a new unit or bs about replacing the old one. I've used this firm for lots of plumbing work on an old house and they are great; responsive, reliable, and fair pricing.

Fast response, would use their service again.

Checked in on their website at 11am on a Sunday and asked for a 2PM appt. (actually put in wrong contact number). Called to verify correct contact number and was told driver was on his way. Total of 30 minutes to complete job, everything cleaned up when finished! Hope I don't need service again, but if I do, Drain Masters will be my first call!

Drain Masters Plumbing is awesome! We called them yesterday for an emergency issue (the main drain in our basement backed up... ew). They arrived within a half hour of calling them and ended up having the entire issue resolved within an hour or so. The plumber they sent out, Terry, was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable. As for pricing, the total cost was lower than I expected (tip: check their website for coupons/discounts, we ended up saving $39). It's looking like the issue we had yesterday was caused by roots growing in our pipes (they scoped the drain to show us a video of the problem). Even though they did clear the blockage yesterday we will need to call them out again for a more long term fix to our cracked pipe/root situation. The quote they gave us for that was very reasonable. Based on our first experience with Drain Masters and the affordable quote we received, I doubt we would call anyone else to take care of it. I'll post a follow up review after we have them out again.

We have had Drain Masters out for several repairs over the years, but yesterday's was such a great experience, I had to leave a review. We had an issue with our garbage disposal and leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. Being that it was Thanksgiving Day and we were hosting our family, it was imperative that we got it fixed or preparation for the meal and clean up afterward would have not been possible. I called Drain Masters at noon, and the owner, Brandon Campbell, and had it fixed by 2:30 pm. The best part is that it was such a simple fix, he did not charge us for the repair or service call, and on Thanksgiving! Not many businesses would be this generous, especially on a holiday where they could charge a premium for an emergency call. Needless to say, we will be calling Drain Masters for all of our future plumbing needs!

This was the first time we used Drain Masters after having issues with a different plumber. I called to have them fix a drain pipe in a bathroom that was leaking.  They were fast and able to fix the issue.  Not only did they do a great job of fixing the issue, but the plumber, Martin, took time to explain to my husband what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and how to keep from having the same issue in the future.  Unlike plumbers from other companies, he did not make us feel like idiots for not knowing what was going on.  Very nice, friendly and knowlegable.  We will definitely use Drain Masters again.

We had a septic tank backup and guests in the house. The response was very quick and professional. John 93 came and told us what it probably was, and he was correct. A survey of other contributing problems lead to fixing a leaky toilet tank. All in all, great service and it looks like problem solved, on a Saturday no less. Thanks for the great work.

Great job from a great company! My sewer line was backed up with tree roots all the way to the street, and the technician (who was on time and polite) worked for two hours to resolve it. Work is guaranteed for a year. It was done well, thoroughly, and at a fair price. I am thrilled with this company.

I was told by Sears, when they came to install a new washing machine, that I would need a plumber to change the corroded connections at the water source. I placed a call to Drain Masters, and within 4 hours the repair was completed. Martin did a great job, was very professional and pleasant.

I was very pleased with Drain Masters. I had an emergency on Sunday afternoon, and Drain Masters sent someone to my houses immediately, and it didn't cost an arm and leg for a Sunday afternoon call. I had an emergency on a Saturday and when my sump pump went out. I called Drain Masters and Glen, #182, called almost immediately and saved the day. His work was excellent and most of all he was sympathetic with my situation. I would recommend Glen to anyone who needs any plumbing problems corrected.

Drain Masters showed up within 20 minutes of my call - on a Sunday! I had a very messy sewer line backup which they cleaned up before I even had the chance. They were quick with the video inspection and found the problem within a few minutes. I have a very old and fragile cast iron sewer lateral which they took great care of when cabling to remove the blockage. I will definitely use them in the future!

Called these guys for a clogged toilet the tech was very professional came in and fixed the problem.  Reasonable rates compared to what plumbers charge these days.

Rob was very good at explaining everything he would repair and did a fine job in a relatively short amount of time. I would call Drain Masters again.

They were quick to respond to the call and professional when they arrived. Explained all the steps he took, what he was doing and looking for. Being a woman I appreciated his not being condescending. Turned out to not being much of a problem but will call them again when we have any issues.

Scott H. of Drain Masters Plumbing in the Weldon Spring, MO, office fixed all the pesky plumbing problems on our list in a very professional manner. He was friendly and easy to talk with and answered all my questions. He removed, and disposed of, our old water conditioner which no longer worked. He went over and above my expectations when he simplified the maze of pipes which remained. He also replaced our outside frost-free hydrant which leaked and was difficult to shut off and he replaced the tub spigot and diverter which didn't divert all the water to the shower. He also suggested a solution for another item we could do ourselves. I heartily recommend them.

I've used Drain Masters on quite a few occasions over the last 3-4 years. So much so that the same guy usually came out each time. They were always courteous. They know their stuff. They don't leave until they are convinced the problem is resolved (especially for clogged pipes.) Plumbing is expensive no matter how you slice it. But they fixed it! Will definitely call them again.

I live in the Wentzille area and called Drain Masters at around 2 in the morning and was surprised when someone answered. They were very polite on the phone and put me on the schedule for early morning. Glen showed up on time and was very helpful. Not only was he very knowledgeable and on time he was very easy to talk to, understanding and conscience about the little things like covering his shoes when coming in and taking time to explain things about what he was planning to do. Prompt, courteous and professional service even on a public holiday. We live in Foristell, MO and our hot water heater went down on New Year's day. It was such a relief to be back up and running by the end of the day. We would certainly use this company in the future and are happy to refer them to friends and family.
